We are thrilled to welcome Rus Jimenez who runs her family farm & winery called Finca El Molar in the heart of Manchuela, Spain. Since taking over from her father in her 20’s, Rus has worked to convert her vineyards to organic & is practicing biodynamic farming. Her winemaking benefits from a low-intervention approach & a light handed touch for elegant, authentic, & food-friendly wines.

We are equally excited to have cookie expert & Paella authority, Marisol Fortea Morley prepare authentic paellas, spanish tapas, & desserts from scratch.
