Join SYJ teacher and Reiki Master Vicky Cook for a special workshop blending yin yoga with reiki.

Yin yoga is a quiet, contemplative practice that uses long holds to target connective tissue. This approach helps to lengthen and stretch fascia and ligaments while teaching you how to breathe through discomfort (not pain) and sit with the sensations. 

The physical practice is infused with individual reiki treatment and a collective energy that allows for deeper healing.
